What RoundOps is
RoundOps (formerly Route Rounds) is a private route and service-record application for authorized recurring field-service team members. It is operated by Revive Flow LLC for RoundOps customers.
Information we handle
Authorized users may provide an email address or phone number, assigned role, client and property details, service types, route schedules, service statuses, visit notes, completion times, and photos selected from the camera or photo library. RoundOps also creates a random device access token after an invitation is accepted.
How information is used
Information is used only to operate the service: authenticate team members, display and update routes, document work, keep monthly service history, support managers, and troubleshoot reliability or security issues. RoundOps does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
If the installed app unexpectedly fails to render a screen, it may send a restricted diagnostic request through the recognized member's authenticated access. The retained record contains only an allowlisted error code, app version, phone platform and operating-system version, and time. It does not store the reporting member, device identifier, crash stack, client or employee name, address, note, photo, invitation, or access credential. These records are retained for up to 30 days to improve reliability.
Photos, maps, and device features
Camera and photo-library access occurs only when a user chooses to add a photo. Before upload, RoundOps' phone and web apps re-encode selected images to remove embedded camera and location metadata. Addresses can be opened in Apple Maps or Google Maps; use of those services is governed by their own privacy terms. RoundOps does not request background location access.
Sharing and storage
Route data is available only to authorized RoundOps team members according to their assigned crew or management role. Service providers may process information only as needed to host, secure, or deliver RoundOps. Records are retained while needed for service history, operations, legal obligations, and account security.
Your choices
A manager can revoke a team member's access across their recognized devices, change a team member's role, or remove a team member. Every signed-in user can open Account in the app and permanently delete their own account. This revokes all links and recognized devices, removes the member record, and anonymizes their identity in retained company service records. A sole manager must first assign another manager so the company is not locked out. To request access or correction, contact us at trentperry03@gmail.com. Some service history may be retained without the deleted user's identity where reasonably necessary for business or legal records.
Security and children
RoundOps uses private invitations, role-based access, revocable device credentials, and encrypted network connections. No system can guarantee absolute security. RoundOps is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as RoundOps changes. The effective date above will identify the current version. Questions can be sent to trentperry03@gmail.com.
