Terms of service

Clear rules for a dependable field workspace.

Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern use of RoundOps (formerly Route Rounds), a business route and service-record application operated by Revive Flow LLC. By activating an invitation or using RoundOps, you confirm that you are authorized by the company that controls the workspace and can agree to these terms. RoundOps is not intended for children.

Company workspace and access

The subscribing or pilot company controls its client, route, and service records and is responsible for choosing managers. Managers invite team members, assign Crew or Management permissions, and revoke access. Invitation links and recognized-device credentials are private. Do not share them with anyone who is not authorized for that workspace.

Acceptable use

Use RoundOps only for lawful business operations. Do not attempt to access another company's workspace, interfere with the service, upload malicious or unlawful material, misrepresent completed work, or use another person's access. Photos and notes should be limited to information reasonably needed to document a property or service visit.

Customer and field records

Your company is responsible for having the authority to enter client names, addresses, instructions, notes, and photos. RoundOps records the time and team identity associated with field actions, but your company remains responsible for reviewing records, communicating with clients, safely operating equipment, and complying with employment, privacy, and field-service obligations.

Availability and changes

We work to keep RoundOps reliable, but mobile networks, devices, hosting providers, and third-party map services can fail. Offline-safe features reduce disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may maintain, secure, improve, or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects active customers.

Company-provided access

The iPhone app is a free companion for people authorized by a company workspace. Team members do not purchase individual access in the app, and activating a company invitation does not create a personal payment obligation.

Suspension and termination

A company may remove a team member at any time. We may restrict access needed to prevent abuse, security risk, nonpayment after paid service begins, or unlawful use. A user can permanently delete their own account in the app; retained company service history is anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and responsibility

RoundOps is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It does not replace professional judgment, safe-work procedures, insurance, client contracts, payroll systems, accounting records, or emergency communication. Revive Flow LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service to the extent such limits are permitted by law.

Contact and updates

We may update these terms as RoundOps develops. The effective date will identify the current version. Questions can be sent to trentperry03@gmail.com.
